Qualification / Experience and Eligibility:
Ph.D in a relevant subject (s) with 07 years of professional experience or Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. in International or Corporate Law) with 09 years of experience in legal drafting in the public sector or as a Consultant in the public sector. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in vetting and drafting legal instruments / International Treaties, Conventions, Agreements, MoUs / Contracts, writ petitions, suits, and opinion writing for International Cooperation, Mutual Legal Assistance, and Extradition cases, particularly relating to organized trans-boundary crimes, Criminal Law and International Law including Human Rights, immigration and refugees laws.
Maximum age:
62 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
